Mara Serena Safari Lodge - Lolgorien

We had an excellent stay in the heart of the Maasai Mara. the location of the lodge was optimal, offering fantastic game drives where we were able to see a wide range of wildlife. the staff was absolutely great, providing exceptional service and helping us with any inquiries. the breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet were delicious, offering a variety of options. the views across the Maasai Mara were breathtaking.

The high prices of the activities and transfers at the lodge. the pricing was not clearly stated on the website, and we were surprised by the costs upon arrival.

serena exceeded my expectations in lolgorien, stunning views, abundant wildlife, easy to navigate, and the best food in kenya.

Spectacular views, easy to navigate, abundant wildlife, best food in the area. Dining was impressive, room design was imaginative, and spa was nice. Staff were impeccable, always helpful and friendly. Location in Mara Triangle was ideal for game drives, and the property was well-maintained.

Nothing, it was perfect.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the Mara! It was so convenient for our game drives to be able to just step out of the lodge and be surrounded by the wildlife. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a great variety of options to choose from.

There were a few things that could be improved. The pricing of the extra activities and transfers was quite confusing and we felt like we were being charged for things that we weren't aware of beforehand.

We had a fantastic stay in this hillside lodge with lovely views. The location in the Mara triangle meant better roads and abundant wildlife, including lions and even rhinos. The hotel made it easy to explore on our own. The food was the best we had in Kenya, with a variety of delicious options. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the communal areas were really good, providing fine views of the Masai Mara.

The location is excellent. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and the lobby offers a relaxing atmosphere with a great view. The food is delicious and the buffet is satisfactory. Game drives are available for extra cost.

As women traveling alone, we felt completely safe and welcomed at this lodge. The staff were accommodating, helpful, and cheerful. The room was the best part, with a stunning view of the Masai Mara. The food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and inviting.

I recently stayed at the Mara Serena in the heart of the Mara Triangle for a magical experience. The view from my room was unmatched, providing a breathtaking vista of the plains. The hotel's facilities were excellent, with a well-equipped gym that offered a fantastic view as I worked out. The staff were truly exceptional, always ready to assist with a friendly and positive attitude. The property itself was impeccably maintained, seamlessly blending into its natural surroundings.

The location of Serena Lodge in Mara is amazing. The views over Maasai Mara are amazing, making it the perfect spot for an animal safari. The lodge is situated right in the Mara Triangle, giving you easy access to the wildlife.

We got great value for our money with amazing staff, facilities, food, entertainment, and drinks at this hotel. The location was perfect for wildlife enthusiasts, as we could easily spot various animals nearby. The staff treated us with warmth and really good service throughout our stay.

It would have been nice if there were more breakfast items available to choose from.

My recent stay at Mara Serena Safari Lodge was absolutely incredible. I stayed for a week and the purpose of my travel was to experience the amazing wildlife in the Masai Mara. The room was top-notch and I loved how the lobby had a breathtaking view of the entire area. The food served at the hotel was delicious, and the staff was extremely accommodating, helpful, and always had a cheerful attitude. I felt so welcomed during my stay.

Friendly staff, stunning views, convenient location in Mara Triangle. Exceptional communal areas, attentive service, and delicious buffet food. Clean room with a nice balcony, although the sliding doors could not open fully. The spa was relaxing, but the resting beds were a bit cramped. Wildlife sightings were incredible, only rhinos were not spotted nearby.

had an amazing stay at mara serena, exceeded expectations with great staff, food, entertainment, and helpfulness during our self-drive. gas attendants even helped fix a flat tire. felt so welcome and sad to leave.
